'When I was thinking of a suitable wedding present for Chris I knew I wanted something original and unique, well what more unique than a boudoir album (well no-one else will have an entire album of me in various stages of undress, at least I hope not!)
After doing some online research I was abit nervous as some companies airbrushed you beyond recognition or there images left alot to be desired. I'd also tested the water to see if Chris would appreciate the gift and he'd said he wasn't sure he was comfortable with someone taking pictures of me in underwear or naked. After finding The Naked Photographer and looking though the site I decided to contact Sam for more info and so began my timid e-mails asking not be made to look like a lady of the night (she reassured me I wouldn't!) and was it OK if my Mum was with me.
On the day I was nervous but Sam helped me feel relaxed with how to pose to get a good shot, being in your own home helped as well it was just more comfortable being naked on your own couch.
I'm not the most body confident person but honestly after the afternoon being a 'model' I felt I could do anything. After seeing some of the pics untouched I realised I'm not as big as I thought I was. So I'd say to anyone to do a boudoir shoot with The Naked Photographer even if its not a gift for someone else do it for yourself, the confidence boost is wonderful!
We now have 2 of my images adorning the wall of our home and not just in the bedroom!
In fact if I have need of a photographer for anything now Sam & Mark are my first call, from my boudoir to my wedding they are amazing! Thank You. I'll be booking in a trash the dress and no doubt a boudoir bump in the future without hesitation.' |

When we attended Donnas shoot I have to say I didn't really know what to expect…most of our contact was by email and she seemed…well …. ‘Prim and proper’ to say the least. I also knew that her mum was attending the shoot which is quite unusual.
I couldn't have been more wrong, Donna was a dream to work with, her confidence grew so much during the shoot and her mum was an absolute star. We went on to shoot Donnas wedding to Chris and have become firm friends with all the family. |
