All bookings taken will require a booking fee paid by cheque or credit/debit card. This will be fixed at £100 for all individual 'at home' bookings and will be payable within 7 days of making the booking. Remainder of monies owing to The Naked Photographer must be paid on the date of your booking before the shoot commences. All traveling expenses quoted to you by The Naked Photographer must be paid within seven days of making your booking. All charges for make up quoted to you by The Naked Photographer must be paid within seven days of making your booking. Should you wish to take advantage of the ‘getaway shoot’ then the charge for the hotel must be paid at the time of booking.  Any cancellations of these bookings will result in a loss of these charges as they are not refundable to us. The Naked Photographer will NOT be financially responsible for any charges such as room service/ mini bar/ TV services whilst you are staying at the hotel. Your booking with The Naked Photographer will be confirmed when your deposit has arrived and cleared with us. Cancellation of a booking will result in the loss of any booking fee paid. Rescheduling of any booking made must be confirmed with The Naked Photographer at least 14 days before original date of booking. After this time a rescheduled appointment cannot be guaranteed. The Naked Photographer reserves the right to reschedule your booking at any time, although every effort will be made to provide you with 14 days notice of any said changes. Should you wish to achieve anything specific from your images, you must inform The Naked Photographer at the time of your shoot. We will endeavour to have your images processed and showing on a password protected online gallery within 14 days of your shoot, however because we airbrush ALL the image proofs this time period may be extended to 28 days during busy periods. Your images will be kept for a period of 12 weeks for further purchases, should you wish to make any. After this time a charge may be made for retrieving your images from our archives. Orders for prints/albums etc can take up to six weeks for delivery, although we will endeavour to send them out to you as quickly as we possibly can. In the unlikely event there is a problem with any prints/albums etc The Naked Photographer supplies to you, you must inform us within 7 days of receiving them and return them to us (at your expense) so that we may contact our lab for replacements. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with ALL of your proof images then a further shoot will be booked at your convenience at no extra charge (traveling expenses and make up costs not included). You will be required to sign an image release for The Naked Photographer to enable us to provide you with printed products, this release has options for us to use your images in promotions, galleries and advertisements, you are under no obligation to agree to the further use of your images. The Naked Photographer will NOT under any circumstances be naked. (just wanted to make sure you were paying attention!) All images and copyright remain the property of The Naked Photographer according to the 'Copyright, Design and Patents act 1988' - please be wary of ANY photographer who offers you 'the copyright' to images, this wording is incorrect and indicates a severe lack of industry knowledge.
